However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Although we take reasonable steps to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users should exercise caution when sending sensitive information electronically.
The current statement that information is protected by “Secure Layer technology” should be replaced with the exact security terminology used by SATEC, such as TLS encryption, only if technically verified.
Data retention
Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, regulatory, contractual, security, and operational requirements.
Where we intend to use personal information for a purpose materially different from the purpose for which it was collected, we will provide additional information where required by applicable law.

This section is missing from the original policy and should be added if SATEC or its service providers process information across national borders.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Services or by another appropriate method. The updated Privacy Policy will indicate the date on which it became effective.
We encourage users to review this page periodically.
Continued use of the Services after an update does not necessarily constitute valid consent to all new processing activities. Where consent or another specific notice is legally required, it should be obtained separately.
