Location: Jerusalem, Israel (Har-Hotzvim)
Job description
- Serving our SaaS clients in the field of Electrical Utilities and Independent Power Plants
- Setting up new clients and users for billing applications, including communication configurations etc.
- Providing client support for our Expertpower SaaS Energy Management suite
- Preparing graphic screens, reports etc.
- Providing client training @ SATEC offices or client location
Qualifications
- Experience with SQL (adv.)
- Knowledge in electric power - Advantage
- Advanced computer skills (must)
- Great people-skills and being service-oriented (must)
- High level English skills
