Job description

  • Serving our SaaS clients in the field of Electrical Utilities and Independent Power Plants
  • Setting up new clients and users for billing applications, including communication configurations etc.
  • Providing client support for our Expertpower SaaS Energy Management suite
  • Preparing graphic screens, reports etc.
  • Providing client training @ SATEC offices or client location


  • Experience with SQL (adv.)
  • Knowledge in electric power - Advantage
  • Advanced computer skills (must)
  • Great people-skills and being service-oriented (must)
  • High level English skills
