Control system for monitoring, protecting & billing gas stations

System Goals 

Monitoring parameters of electrical remote objects network in real time, registration of events, monitoring of additional parameters, protection and control.

Description

1.  SATEC power meter PM172/PM175 placed on the object measures currents, voltages, powers, frequency, energy and power quality parameters.

Additionally:

•  Analog outputs of the meter (2): meter can measure temperature, pressure, fuel level and other parameters.
• Digital inputs of the meter (2): meter can register data of switches position, contactors, protections, alarms.
• Meter’s relay (2): programmed to control emergency situations: voltage dips and interruptions, high currents, faults. Relay issues a signal to GSM/GPRS modem to send SMS-message.

2. Non-volatile memory of the meter can retain all measured data even if communication fails.

3. Optional GSM/GPRS modem sends data from the meter to the server (dispatcher center) through mobile network. Modem can also send an SMS-message to person on duty. 

Server is connected to the Internet. By logging in (from any computer) you can get access to data in real time.
